Vero Marine has been the Claims Settling Agents for the Institute of London Underwriters in Auckland and Christchurch from the time of the formation of our company in 1990.

Claimants
If you have an insurance certificate that states that Vero Marine is the agent in New Zealand to contact, please contact us. You will be asked to forward a copy of your insurance certificate and certain other documents by fax or mail. The originals of the above documents will be required in order to pass this claim on to your insurer for consideration. However, at present we will need to sight copies before a survey, if required, can be arranged.

Household Removal claims:
Where the claim concerns damage or loss to household removals, we will require inventories, checklists etc.

Cargo claims:
Follow the Cargo Claims Procedure.
